I have tried Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Counselling, Rapid Change Approaches such as Tapping or an information event (i.e. Fear of Flying course) and none of these helped much. Why is your approach different and will it fix my phobia?
I am trained in many therapies (see my bio to read more), however, I do not use just one therapy as a standalone therapy, because I’ve found that this is not the best and most efficient approach to tackling your issue as deeply or effectively as using a combination of techniques.
My ICS system tackles your fear or phobia on two levels – it doesn’t just get to the root cause of the problem and remove that. It also looks at how you FEEL and replaces the uncomfortable, negative feelings associated with your fear or phobia, so that you leave your session feeling POSITIVE about it. In other words, the aim is for you to leave your session with me, unable to ever feel the same way about your fear or phobia as you did when you first contacted me.
