When a celebrity lifestyle often involves a lot of jet-setting, having a fear of flying can prove to be rather … well, let’s just say, annoying.
So, what is a celeb to do, if their flying phobia is affecting their lifestyle? And which high profile people have a fear of flying – get yourself comfy and let’s talk about it.
Hi, it’s Christopher Paul Jones, Harley Street Therapist and In today’s blog post I am going to talk about celebs who have a fearof flying (flying phobia) and let you know the ways in which I can help you, if you have one too.
First, I want to let you know the top 10 celebrities who have had or still have a fear of flying:
Ben Affleck, Aretha Franklin, Jennifer Aniston, Sean Bean, R Kelly, Megan Fox, Colin Farrel, Sandra Bullock, Whoopi Goldberg, and Atomic Kitten singer Liz McLarnon all have had or have a fear of flying.
On her fear of flying, Friends’ star, and Brad Pitts’s ex, Jennifer Aniston said that even having a few glasses of wine won’t calm her down – “You can’t get a big enough drink. It doesn’t actually help.”
So, if a big ole glass of Chardonnay isn’t the solution, just what is exactly?
It often surprises the clients who come to be helped by me, that curing a flying phobia, even a long term one, is actually relatively straight forward, and easy. it all starts with a clarity call (you can book one here), and then a one to one session with me, and often a phobia is history.
The key, to getting rid of any kind of phobia is to go right back to where the phobia originated, and change how the person feels about it. Once you change the EMOTION attached to the memory, the phobia is non-existent. I have had clients come to see me after their flying phobia has plagued them for decades. Take Louise Brown for example – in just 7 minutes, I was able to cure her long-term flying phobia. You can watch the video with Louise here on Youtube.
And like many clients who experience rapid freedom, Louise was amazed that something that had held her back and well, let’s be frank, had controlled her for such a chunk of her lifetime, was so easily fixable. In many ways, it is like me taking that heavy backpack that you have been carrying around off you, and enabling you to experience total freedom, both literally and mentally.
