Work With Me: Change Your Relationship With Fear
Fear, anxiety and phobias can affect far more than the moment when you experience them.
They can influence where you go, what you do, the opportunities you take and the decisions you make. Sometimes you find yourself organising parts of your life around avoiding the thing you fear.
I work one-to-one with people who are ready to change that.
Whether you’re struggling with a specific phobia, anxiety, panic or a fear that has become increasingly difficult to manage, our work together is tailored to you, your experiences and the way your mind has learned to respond.
Using my Integrated Change System™, we’ll look beyond simply managing your reaction and work on changing the patterns and associations that are keeping it in place.
There are several ways you can work with me.
One-to-One Sessions at My Harley Street Practice
You can work with me in person at my private practice on London’s internationally renowned Harley Street.
I’ll take the time to understand what you’re experiencing, how the problem is affecting you and the patterns and associations that may be keeping the response in place.
The Integrated Change SystemTM provides a step-by-step framework for change that is flexible to the individual.
Some people come to me with a very specific phobia. Others have been living with anxiety, panic or patterns of fear that have gradually begun to affect more areas of their lives.
The work can be structured around you. For some people that means working more intensively over a shorter period, while for others it works better to spread the work across regular sessions over time, depending on what works best for you and the issue we’re addressing.
Where appropriate, we can also include real-world testing of a specific phobia once you feel ready.
Whatever brings you through the door, we start with you.

Work With Me Online
You don’t need to be in London to work with me.
I work with clients around the world through private online sessions, so you can work with me wherever you are.
For some people, working from their own environment can make the process more comfortable. There’s no travelling to London and you can have your session somewhere familiar and private.
We’ll work together one-to-one, just as we would if you were sitting with me on Harley Street.
Online work can also be structured around you, whether that means working more intensively over a shorter period or spreading the work across regular sessions over time.
All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection and somewhere you can talk comfortably without being interrupted.

VIP Days Intensive
Sometimes you want the time and space to go deeper.
For clients who want a completely bespoke way of working, I offer a private VIP service
where I travel to you, wherever you are in the world.
The time is reserved around you, whether that means working together intensively for a day, several days, a week or over a longer period. The length and structure of the engagement are agreed around what you want to achieve and the level of support you require.
During the time we’ve agreed, my attention is dedicated to you. This gives us the flexibility to work intensively, without being constrained by a fixed session length, and where appropriate to address more than one fear, pattern or area.
The VIP service is particularly suited to CEOs, senior business leaders, people in the public eye and others with demanding schedules, as well as those who value privacy, convenience and a highly personalised way of working.
I can work with you at your home, hotel, office or another location of your choice.
Alternatively, my team can arrange a private or luxury location for you. The timing, setting and practical arrangements can all be tailored around your requirements.
If you would like to discuss a VIP Day or longer private engagement, get in touch and we can talk through the options.

Group Programme
If you’re looking for a more cost-effective way to work with me, or would value the support of working alongside others, I also offer a structured small-group programme over a series of weekly sessions.
The groups are deliberately kept small, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, work on your own fear or anxiety and practise the techniques we cover together.
We’ll look at the patterns, triggers and associations that may be keeping the response in place, using the Integrated Change SystemTM as a framework while adapting the work to the needs of the group.
Working alongside others can bring benefits of its own. You can learn from other people’s experiences, hear different perspectives and support one another as you begin putting the techniques into practice.
Between sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to test what you’ve learned in everyday life, so each week we can build on the progress you’ve made and work through any difficulties you encounter.

Keynotes, Workshops & Training
Alongside my work with individuals and groups, I’m also available for keynotes, workshops, training and talks for businesses, organisations, conferences and events.
These can be tailored around the audience and the setting, covering areas such as fear, anxiety, resilience, confidence, performance and the psychology of change.
Whether it’s a keynote for a larger audience, an interactive workshop or a more focused training session, the content and format can be adapted around what you would like people to take away from the experience.

For anything else, book a free Clarity Call and we can talk through what you’re looking for.

Start With a Free Clarity Call
You don’t need to know exactly why you feel the way you do before speaking to me.
Our first conversation is a complimentary clarity call where you can tell me what has been happening, what you would like to change and anything you’ve already tried.
I’ll ask questions to get a clearer picture of what you’re experiencing, what may be keeping the problem in place and how I would approach working with you. We can also talk through what the next steps might look like, including the way the work could
be structured, the likely timeframe and the investment involved.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask me questions about the process and decide whether working together feels right for you.
There’s no obligation to book further sessions afterwards, The aim is simply to give you a clearer understanding of your options and help both of us decide whether I’m the right person to help.
