Freedom from fear is just around the corner…
The first thing that I want to say, is that no matter how you feel that your phobia of flying has been affecting you, freedom from fear is just around the corner.
Many people wrongly believe that a phobia is a permanent condition and that to fix it will take a very long time, when as a matter of fact, I know this to not be true.
How can I be so sure of this? I have worked with people from all around the world and rid them of their phobia, often in as little as one session that is how.
Using my Integrated Change System, clients of mine have gone from sitting at home in sheer panic to booking their (sometimes first!) overseas trip with passion and excitement.
How do I work (and get results so quickly) ?
Whatever the symptoms or causes of your flying phobia my approach targets the existing negative triggers, ridding you of this problem, so, you can take a flight without even thinking about it.
How liberating does that sound?
Using my Integrated Change System, I am able to access the memories of where you fear very first originated from – and I am then able to ‘remove’ it, and replace it with calm feelings which means that you leave the session with me unable to actually feel the same way about flying, as you did when you entered my office.
One thing that I know as fact, is that tackling a fear of flying using talk therapy or logic, is often not effective. You see, a fear of flying is NOT based around logic. It is to do with your subconscious mind taking a negative experience and turning it into something ILLOGICAL.
Because of this, I developed a unique method of therapy, that is totally different to other methods that you are perhaps familiar with (such as C.B.T, Hypnotherapy and counselling), and I found a way, using 7 steps, to remove a fear or phobia quickly and effectively. This is a breakthrough in the therapy industry as I am able to treat clients quickly – as you can see from my video below.
I used to be terrified of turbulence when flying, then I worked with Christopher and now I get so happy when there might be turbulence, I actually look forward to it.
