What Creates Bad Habits And Limiting Beliefs?

Bad habits and limiting beliefs are created by the repetition of a certain thought or behaviors, that we do over a period of that then ‘sticks with us’.

The repetition of the thought or behaviour alters the neural pathways in our brain, and this then becomes something ‘hard wired’ in us.

How to Fix Bad Habits And Limiting Beliefs.

I can fix bad habits and limiting beliefs by ‘un-installing’ them from your mind, so that you no longer feel the need to perform or repeat them.

Using my Integrated Change System, I am able to get to the root cause of how you began to carry out a certain behaviour, or think a certain limiting thought in the first place. Once we are here, I can then change the emotion/memory attached to the original event, and also remove any additional triggers.

By doing this, I neutralise the desire to repeat certain habits, thoughts and behaviours, and can replace the old ‘negative’ thoughts and behaviours with more positive ones.

I am able to put you off cigarettes and junk food for life – now that is pretty powerful!
